Management is an absolute joke, I refer to my lead and 2 managers as the 3 stooges. They thrive on playing favorites while sitting on there butts all day having no clue that most are doing next to nothing. Then when the lack of work catches up to them they start forcing others to do the lazy people’s work while doing nothing to the lazy people. Oh and if receiving wants to do nothing that’s fine and you will be forced to work overtime even though there is nothing to do. They claim to be a family company but what they mean is the company is your family and your actually family doesn’t matter. They will go out of their way to not give you FMLA even when required and then threaten your job as much as possible when you do have it. Oh and to get FMLA for the birth of my child I had to go to the department of labor and have them call them to tell them yes I do get leave.

My boss was very condescending and so fake. Always pretended to be someone else when people were around and was so unprofessional when the big bosses weren't around. She gossiped about all of us behind our backs, was very mean and rude! She doesn't have a heart at all. There is no room for opportunity and if you don't kiss her butt, well... Good luck. They don't want to see you succeed. My boss played favoritism, which created a lot of bad blood within the office. Do not work there. If you say something that she doesn't like or agree with, she will give you a very ugly look, and smirk at you, in a very demeaning way. She was so nosy, and wanted to know everything that was said in the office. You couldn't have a private conversation with your co workers, because she would pull them into her office to try and suck out the info. I'm so glad I am no longer an employee there.
