      Pros

      Location, it is just mortgage not a bank (but that comes with a cost as well)

      Cons

      Very little investment in the advancement of current associates or in technology. The money they did spend was used with a very closed mind saying well only 300 customers are complaining out of all the customers. Tracking is not absolute and when all 300 + customers have the exact complaint shouldn't they be listen to? You will work almost every holiday if you in any way fall under the Customer Service Dept. Insurance for employee and child is $500 a month

      Pros

      Work with lots of very smart people, and learn a lot. Not a long term career, but a good place to learn skills for the next job at a competing firm.

      Cons

      Work life balance is a joke. Only two weeks of vacation, which they give you crap for using. Management does not value employees, everyone is treated as if they have no value to the firm and you can just quit if you do not like it. Very much a sweat shop atmosphere. Employees work very long hours and rarely receive a thank you or and praise or recognition. Company policy is no merit or cost of living annual salary increases for any employee. You actually get farther behind financially if you work here!

      stressful , not organized , low company meral , fired me thru voicemail was approved for vacation they fired me while i was on vacation , talks about employess pay on the floor to other supv an reps , i had 6 yrs of short sale an mod exp they made me an customer service rep an complained that they where paying me to much
