Pros

Great People. Everyone is in it together type mentality within the departments. opportunity for advancement within Siemens.

Cons

Since it is a apart of Siemens, it takes forever to get things to the right channels and approved.

Pros

I had a lot of autonomy in my schedule. The work we did was amazing; it was great a benefit to our local communities

Cons

No On-call pay; Pay was low for the market and job function; Corporate management was trying to make the company profitable by cutting cost and not growing our product portfolio. Corporate management actions have started to really affect morale. No career advancement opportunities

I have yet to find any.

Cons

The MOST disorganized company I have ever worked for.! If these folks hadn't fallen into goldmine, would already be busted. I can't imagine this business model will work for long.
