The staff cares but corporate and sales don't

Pros

Pay is pretty good and if you enjoy knowing you are helping patients it is valuable emotionally.

Cons

Corporate and sales clearly didn't care about reality and oversold our location's ability to meet demand as well as refusing to pay delivery drivers enough to retain any leading to missed and late deliveries.

Pros

Good pay, good benefits, a full month of PTO, amazing training program and SOJT, friendly staff, all-encompassing experience in production, chemistry, quality control, instrumentation, and some medical skills.

Cons

You can be terminated for reporting federal cr!mes internally. Coworkers may trap you in the building and leave you calling for help that won’t come. Paired with a pharmacist who slept on the job constantly. Difficult hours impact all areas of life. Required an intensive 12-day streaks once monthly (switching from 3rd to 1st and back to 3rd shift in the middle). SOP’s lacked a single clear workflow, and were occasionally unclear, though generally seemed very complete. Isolated environment may not be for everyone.
