Industry standard benefits, but nothing special.
Cons
Difficult to take vacation time due to continuous staffing problems. I recommend avoiding the SE Region, specifically sites in Jacksonville, Tampa, Ft. Lauderdale, Birmingham, New Orleans and Houston. They have common management and seem to all have the same problems, the title of the review says it all. Turnover is constant and the production schedule is unrelenting. Corporate members of management are aware of the issues but do not seem to be willing to provide the resources or backing to correct it. It seems like the PETNet division is run very differently from the rest of Siemens and one wonders why Siemens allows it to be managed this way. Advancement is very limited, often times employees find themselves having to move laterally instead of vertically. I can not say I would recommend PETNet at this juncture.
