Pros

PFI Tech gives their employees the flexibility to work remotely and self-manage. There is strong teamwork to ensure both client and employee satisfaction. PFI has several strong and long standing relationships with Fortune 500 clients which allows for great contract and direct hire opportunities.

Cons

Remote employees don't get a whole lot of face to face interaction.

Pros

Management is pro-active and values hard work. I am able to clearly communicate and feel like my opinions are valued. The flexibility is a wonderful benefit. A majority of communication is by phone which allows for a personalized experience. I am able to refine my skill set and take on new challenges.

Cons

Flexibility is wonderful but takes discipline. If you remain organized and engaged you will have balance.

Pros

The corporate team at PFI listens and adjusts. I am valued and have the opportunity to be heard and take initiative. Flexible work schedules, including telecommuting are a huge plus. Creative incentives offer a personal touch.

Cons

Due to telecommuting, there is very little face-to-face communication; however, there is always an option to call for a meeting with local employees.
