It’s a job if you have bills to pay and who doesn’t

Everything else. They treat their employees rudely and as if they didn’t matter. The pay is bad and they do not provide adequate training. Worked as a contractor for 2 years and then was made permanent then after over 5 years in this company I come into work one day and told I’m being laid off. If your looking for long term prospects look elsewhere.
