Pros

Flexibility mileage no micromanaging able to start work at your own time work was low stress

Cons

Very loose organization (based in CA, worked in VA) Supervisor was based in Tampa and we never met face to face. Everything (including hiring) happened over the phone overspent budget and lay offs came in droves Low pay rate

Dell Laptop Technician - Boeing - Dell contract - PFI fulfilled

Pros

Consistant work not stressful quite work environment nice employees

Cons

No salary increase or review after 1 year SUB contracted to Dell mediocre pay 17$ an hour (vs 25$ an hour direct hire Dell) work not challenging work type and duties never change direct hire to dell from contractor rare and difficult no chance for advancement easier to get higher pay and new roles by becoming employed by a different company
