Pros

Good hourly pay, and good working hours.

Cons

Was told the contract would be approximately 2 years, but after 4 weeks, I was called one night and told to no longer come in due to budget concerns. Really put me in a bind compared to the expectations that were set.

it's a job, it's a job

Cons

everything else, there is no communication of any kind. wage is bad, people are replaceable on a spot. contracts are open ended and no way to know for how long or how short. no benefits of any kind, can't take a sick leave or a personal day with no pay, without getting covered by someone else
