Business Outlook
Pros
Senior leadership has never been stronger! Renewed company focus is delivering better results than in the past. We've found a good footing after COVID on which to build. The culture is amazing. Love my colleagues. Family feel. Financial outlook for the company for the next 18-24 months is very strong which is encouraging with the turbulence in the tech employment market right now. Remote work policy is excellent. More women in leadership than ever before.
Cons
Being a smaller company, PFL doesn't offer comp as high as the big companies like Adobe, Oracle, etc. That's to be expected. It's a fair comp package for sure, but not robust like the bigger tech companies. Change is a constant - for some that's rough, others it's fine.
