Great opportunity but strange employees

Pros

Lax standards around the office, no real dress code, dogs allowed. Wasn't there for long but seemed to have interesting projects. Most coworkers were fun people to be around

Cons

Did not guide me very well, was new to the job and they expect a sort of figure it out yourself mentality that didn't mesh well with me. Weird company culture in general, heard many bad stories about the upper managenment.

Pros

Made great friends; felt like many of my coworkers were family. My direct manager was very hands off and supportive of the team he manages.

Cons

Work life values are something they preach but they will bother you non stop on your days off. Senior Management will hold it against you if you don't answer regardless of how hard you work after. Hard to move up, asked multiple times for a job title change and was ignored. They offer a quarterly bonus but never saw one for the 3 years I worked there.
