Pros

In the beginning I enjoyed by job. I felt I was a valued employee. Great people to work with.

Cons

With the mass layoffs 2 years ago, it has not been the same. The benefits have been cut. Wages have been frozen. Not enough employees for the work. Employees come and go.

Turned around under new mgmt

Pros

PFL went through some tough times the past few years due to COVID and then a slow economy, but the new management team has turned it around and made it successful again. There is definitely a family atmosphere among the people who stayed, and a sense of accomplishment that the company is growing and profitable again.

Cons

Compensation was frozen for a year but we should be pulling out of that now that we're doing better.
