Pros

If I had to pick a "pro" it would be that the scenery in every direction from the office is really beautiful.

Cons

The CEO is incompetent and ineffective and is surviving because he has weak direct reports who are scared of him. He invested a bunch of Goldman Sachs dollars into a printing press. Really? It's 2019! The digital business is a cute idea but PFL doesn't have the leadership chops to be competitive nor the expertise. Industries have many options and PFL won't be able to compete. Just look at the logo and branding alone; it's sophomoric and embarrassing. The management has zero experience outside of PFL which is a real problem if they plan to scale. Leadership is almost entirely comprised of people who started working at PFL after they graduated from the local university and have been promoted up the chain because there is no competition - not because they are valuable and have the knowledge base to make the organization better. Additionally, under the current CEO only those who can't get another job will stay. The good news for competent PFL employees: the job market in Bozeman is only going to get better.

Pros

The mountains next to the building are pretty.

Cons

This place sucks. No one actually knows what they are doing but everyone has a lot of input. They will put you on a time clock and micro manage you until you want to explode. They have extremely high standards and extremely high turnover. Really think about it before you decide to work here. The pay seems a little higher than average but the benefits suck so it's a wash. I'm also pretty sure management spies on you, reads your every email and tries to motivate you by telling you that you suck on a daily basis. With the amount of people interviewing you would think it's a tourist destination. Constant turnover. There is also no break room and no place to go and dogs under your bathroom stall while you are trying to pee.

Pros

A lot of nice people working at PFL

Cons

PFL has extremely high employee turnover for a number of reasons: *out of control CEO who is hostile towards employees and some leadership *micro-management by senior leaders who have not worked anywhere else *double-standards among employees *ineffective HR *senior leadership that does not understand the true meaning of being a leader
