Pros

Unable to provide any pros.

Cons

PFL underwent several leadership changes in the past few years and with each one, the company lost more and more money. PFL is not financially well company. The way they manage generating additional cash is to do multiple layoffs and add work to the people that are left. There is not enough new business being generated from the sales team, yet the company seems to be OK with the level of work and poor skill sets.

Pros

My boss and the team I was on were great.

Cons

They hire you and then they lay you off with a bunch of other new hires in under six weeks. The CEO and the rest of the executive team are morons.

Pros

Work-life balance is important to PFL. I take time when I need it and no one ever has a negative comment about it.

Cons

Since it's a smaller company, the benefits are smaller-scale, but better than a lot of other small companies.
