Honestly once a month catered meals for the Business Development team. Great bosses honestly and good leadership team. Training was thorough and great to have for a resume

Cons

Constantly, constantly micromanaged. Workload is insane and expected to make 80-100 calls a day on average with leads as cold as ice. The team constantly has meetings and KPI’s are confusing.you must handle all work for your sales team aswell.

Required to call/upsell members thats already been covered. Working remotely takes away from building personable relationship like before the pandemic.
