Pros

- Great Benefits - Lateral and Upward Mobility - They like to hire from within. - Great Work/Life Balance -People can make a career here if they want.

Cons

-Low Salary, but the great benefits even out. -Don't know how to retain top talent long-term. -Disconnect with Senior Management and the rest of the company. -Promote the wrong people on the junior management level with no idea on how to lead or manage. -Their values and culture they say they promote versus their actions and what they actually embrace are two separate things. -Only a select few of the managers know how to build up their team and embrace innovative thinking.

Thanks for pointing out our competitive offerings along with the emphasis on our organization’s inner mobility. We take pride in our management team just like we do in the entire staff. Most of our management employees have developed from their previous role within the company. With formal and informal training, experience and time, we work closely with our people to develop. Our managers have anywhere from less than one year’s experience to over 35 years. We accept mistakes because we all make them and look to learn and grow from them. Our successes and wins outweigh our failures and losses. People are a work in progress and our management team is an overall winning team.

Caring and compassionate are one of our employment pillars. While we are saddened by the loss of an employee's loved one, condolence gifts are represented by paid bereavement time off. We are sorry for your loss and regret not being more supportive. On a lighter note, our manager meetings represent a fraction of investment in relation to recognition, reward and training of our sales people and employees. Thank you for your feedback and continued success.
