Discounts on merchandise, extra discount twice a year. Fun co-workers. Certified training at head-quarters, all paid for, for specific employees. Over-all, enjoyed time with the company.

Cons

Top and regional management out of touch with common sense decisions on how to handle human beings. Strange ideas such as converting all full-time employees to part-time (except for managers) with a “take it or leave it” attitude.
