Minor discount and some really good people/fellow employees

Cons

Ridiculous protocols, reporting, and constant change from corporate hierarchy......all making it difficult to function on a daily basis. Total disconnect from management to store workers. They do NOT provide the store workers with proper tools & training & encouragement to handle a very demanding golfing public. CORE Values mean nothing :-(
