      Pros

      Great organization with great people. Interesting and rewarding work.

      Cons

      Benefits are lacking. Over the last several years, we've lost a lot of benefits and perks, however the company keeps touting record breaking revenue. They want employees to be healthy but then raise the cost of insurance due to employees utilizing healthcare benefits to become healthy. Bonuses have become more and more difficult to earn despite consistently meeting goals. Annual raises are difficult to obtain and when you do get one it's minimal. Difficult to move forward in positions unless you are a favorite, despite receiving excellent monthly reviews. Good job if you have a 2 income household, a bit more difficult for single people in the Phoenix metro area.

      Management wants you to succeed. They do not micromanage. Management is open creative ways to approach selling in the industry.

      I have not experienced any negatives yet.
