- Owned by Private Equity (explains a lot) -Lowest amount of paid holidays I’ve ever seen. - Reportedly lowest paying across company. - They just gut accrual rates for paid leave. - Railway Labor Act - no overtime after 40 Hours for clinicians. - Aging and old aircraft.
