Poor leadership or lack of individual responsibility from leadership Poor management at the highest level, no communication amongst each other to have a proper plan, lots of react to problems instead of countering the issues early. You can promote easily with the constant firing of employees. They force you to check emails on your days off. The company loves paperwork and strict adherence to policy but constantly change the policy almost weekly to benefit the company from an FAA finding that in return places the responsibility on the employee to get in trouble.

-Pressure to fly in weather you are not comfortable with. -Launch times are tracked, and you are pushed to be fast, which means cutting corners to meet the standard. -You are only paid 8 hrs of holiday pay for a 12 hr shift. -Overbearing occupational health requirements on top of them being the only HEMS company that requires pilots to get a 1st class medical just because it looks good to customers. -Corporate and regional leadership is toxic. They do not address concerns voiced by the line bases. -Corporate policy requires you to read and respond to all emails or phone calls within 24 hours during your 7 day off period. -Pretty much a Busch League outfit.
