      Fair amount of autonomy due to lack of oversight.

      Cons

      Lots of systems and processes exist that are not actually utilized, merely exist to satisfy a requirement. Many made up middle management titles which are unnecessary. Bloated company structure. No future upgrade plans for fleet. Morale is not very high. Draconian minimum service contracts and strong-arming retention of employees. These MSR's are flexible when it meets the company's needs, not when it is convenient for you.

      Hours-straight time up to 2928 hours per year Management - no one knows what is going on. Only get the spin and nothing reliable from local managers who admit they are left in the dark Expensive / High deductible insurance Entire bases have clinical staff resigning - look at postings Can't recruit
