      Awesome maintenance on aircraft and care regarding safe flight operations.

      Pros

      Aircraft are well maintained. Management is safety conscious and promotes adherence to safety policies. Great place to work. Large company opportunities to work in many cities and several locations internationally.

      Cons

      Company is large and working in a remote location distances employees from having working relationships with more than a limited set of employees. Remote location also limits access to information about happenings within the company.

      Pros

      Rotation was great, Pay was good. Housing commendations were good. Working locations were typical which means substandard and dangerous.

      Cons

      No leadership or management for the Saudi Arabia contract. Mismanaged and the lack of communication between those in charge and everyone else was the worst I have ever seen.
