While PHMG is a fast-paced business, we've introduced a number of initiatives designed to support flexibility and employee wellbeing, including a range of shift patterns, Friday early finishes, work-from-home options for our US teams as well as a 4.5-day working week. Employees also have the opportunity to earn every Friday off through performance-based incentives. Entry-level experience overshadowed by a cuthroat culture

Its a job if you need to quickly get your feet wet with entry level experience before quickly moving on

Cons

Insane fight for your life type of culture, I was here ~3 months and there was not a single week that at least one person did not quit or get fired.
