PHMG Response

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed working alongside your colleagues and found the training beneficial. However, it's difficult to meaningfully respond to many of the concerns you've raised as the review doesn't provide any specific detail about your role, department, location, or the circumstances behind your experience. Without this context, it's challenging to understand the issues you've encountered or investigate them properly. PHMG operates across multiple departments, teams, and management structures, and experiences can vary significantly depending on role and responsibilities. We take feedback regarding KPIs, management, and employee wellbeing seriously, but constructive and specific feedback is essential if we are to review and address concerns effectively. We wish you all the best in your future career and would encourage you to share further details directly with us should you wish to discuss your experience in more depth.

Pros

Great colleagues to work with, and middle management make a genuine effort to support the team.

Cons

New senior leadership has brought a heavy sales-driven culture, but with little stability or clear direction. Priorities and processes change frequently, and KPIs are inconsistent, making it difficult to succeed in the role. There appears to be a lack of clear strategy, with unrealistic expectations placed on Account Managers without adequate support. This has led to high levels of stress and burnout across the team. Overall, there is a noticeable gap between what is promised and what is delivered. Those who value stability and work-life balance may find this environment challenging.
