PHMG is a fast paced and evolving company with a focus on customer care. The product is high quality and that is the main focus in the production and creative departments. Staff are friendly and everyone gets to know each other. Different shift patterns available for time zones, flexible to suit child care needs - essential in a modern company! Flexible, understanding, friendly. Free fruit, ice cream van, pizza!

Cons

Statutory sick/paternity pay. Attendance bonus which discourages genuine sickness from taking time off.

Pros

I moved to Manchester after receiving my job offer from PHMG and have never looked back since. I genuinely enjoy my job and never dread coming into work. The workload, especially in the busier months (Christmas) can be a lot but you get rewarded for this. I have progressed within the company and hopefully will continue to do so. The opportunities are there aslong as you show you are willing and put the hard work in. Training and support is always available. I'm constantly learning and building relationships. If you're undecided on a job at PHMG just go for it, you won't regret it.

Great career progression. If you put in the work, you will reap the rewards. Well paid, with good incentives, bonus/commission structures. Approachable Managers/Directors. Fantastic offices.

Cons

Lack of flexi working hours. Statutory sick/maternity pay.
