Helpful staff Good commission Job progression Monthly incentives PHMG Perks- gym membership, car wash, beauty salon, free alcohol in the on site bar

Cons

Have to put the hard work in to be noticed and rewarded! This is a good thing however if your not ready to be challenged/ or put the work in PHMG will not suit you.

Pros

Fast paced, good commission to be earnt and more than reasonable salaries. Fun atmosphere, friendly staff and lots of perks every month, whether that’s a free ice cream to a competition to win a bottle of champagne there’s always something happening. Lots of support to develop in your role and help from managers with tough work if required. Also very social bunch. Always a summer party and Christmas party that’s beyond the normal and lots of team nights out over the year that are paid by the company.

Cons

High pressure due to a fast paced way of working so must be able to hack it in that respect. Lots of stringent processes in place sometimes not always helpful. No HR department to speak to for queries. Don’t always feel very valued. Due to recent structures of the business a lack in progression to more senior roles
