If you're prepared to put in the hours and work hard you get rewarded well and looked after, recently added to there large range of "PH Perks" including free gym membership at pure gyms, company bar open everyday after the working day, local barber comes in every few weeks. they go all out of the company do's with having one in the summer and one for christmas.

Cons

KPI's can be hard to reached but once you have they are very rewarding

Pros

- Met some quality friends working there, they know how to get a good crowd. - You will acquire a good work ethic (You could work as a brick layer and do so too) - You will learn that you cannot trust people and what they say.

Cons

- Long work hours, everyone stays back if targets aren't reached. - Micro Management - Super political career progression - Gold plating - If your ill you will get interrogated - Constant lies about money and commissions. - Management ask employees to submit reviews. - They will make you attend PHMG Foundation events as obligatory and then make it look as if you volunteered. - If you're late you buy a crate of beer. My review is elaborated because no one should be treated like this at work.
