Pros

It's great working in a creative environment where you're constantly pushed to achieve - not only for the company's benefit, but for your own professional development. Management are really supportive, allowing the creative teams to flourish at a really exciting time for the business. In just over 2 years with the company, I've learnt an incredible amount, and look forward to staying with PHMG for a long time - something I didn't necessarily expect from a graduate role. Hard work is definitely rewarded here - if you're willing to put the time in, senior management are good at recognising true team players.

Cons

I'd encourage further incentives for the creative teams as part of the ever-growing list of perks.

Pros

After speaking with Melanie Francis, the recruiter for this position, I was sold. If you like a fast paced work environment, daily incentives, and making money, this is the job for you. The team mentality here is stronger than anywhere I have ever worked before. You are incredibly rewarded for meeting goals, and when you exceed them, the rewards grow exponentially. With an uncapped commission structure, weekly free lunches for reaching goals, and a monthly "Presidents Club" dinner paid for by the company at the best restaurants in Chicago, the sky is the limit. Rapid promotion and recognition for being the best are the norm.

Cons

This job, like all sales jobs, requires the ability to hear no, and move on, unaffected, with passion, and continuous improvement.

Pros

Where do I begin. Working with PHMG has been the most worthwhile experience of my life. As an audio installation engineer, my duties entail installing music on hold on various phone switches through the use of a device that plays .Mp3 files to the system. This is my main work, but I also install voicemail and company greetings for multiple clients and make sure all the greetings in their network sound professional. But it isn't about the audios. It's about meeting new people every day and hearing stories from all walks of life; you gain knowledge and thus a certain wisdom that only comes with talking to new people constantly.

Cons

Hard work is expected and rewarded: this isn't some shanty company that'll accept anything less than perfect. If you plan on excelling here be ready to go above and beyond for clients, which means trading some you time for client time.
