Pros

Flexible scheduling with a generally positive staff culture. Overall a good workplace if you stay out of internal politics and are not prioritizing retirement benefits.

Cons

- There is noticeable favoritism and internal politics. You can work hard and still get overlooked, while others who don’t put in the same effort may be more protected if they are favored by management. - Limited advancement opportunities and weak retirement benefits. Reduced employee benefits over the years.

Horrible Place To Work

Pros

The 401k and 403b with fidelity

Cons

Horrible work environment in the surgical services sector. Management will favor those that are predominantly of Hispanic culture. It is like a click. The majority of staff don’t speak English and will try to run you out because you aren’t one of them. They will look for any little thing to run you out, and I mean any little thing. Management takes lunch with subordinates, allows 45+ minutes of lunch with their favorites. It is like a mafia there.
