Pros

Nice Colleagues: The team is fantastic, and I genuinely enjoy working with my colleagues. Everyone is supportive, collaborative, and creates a positive work environment. Work-Life Balance: The company values work-life balance, allowing flexibility when needed. This has been a significant benefit in maintaining my well-being and productivity.

Cons

Low Pay Compared to Market: While the work environment is great, the compensation is below market standards. This can be a concern for those who are looking for competitive pay in line with industry norms. Lack of Clear Promotion and Career Growth Policy: There's a lack of transparency regarding promotion and career advancement opportunities. A more defined career path and clear guidelines for progression would be beneficial for employee motivation and long-term commitment.

Pros

PIH is a bigger hospital with about 600 beds. This makes it so that the pay is a bit better than other surrounding smaller hospitals. The work atmosphere is pleasant. The nurses I've interacted with are mostly all friendly. And the staff in the lab are all great people.

Cons

Like most places in healthcare, we are always understaffed. The new chemistry analyzers are terrible and constantly break down. Be prepared to spend many many hours trying to fix them.
