Where do I start. The pay is HORRIBLE for the amount of work that is expected of you. When you bring this up to management they turn a blind eye and expect you to pick up the slack and have you do all the work. TONS OF FAVORITISM WITH SENIOR EMPLOYEES. People not doing their jobs and other staff to pick up slack. Management was never present half the time and never solved any issues that were brought up. Management only picked on some employees and others were not told anything. Besides that really rude and temper-mental behavior. No way to advance in your career. Was promised a lot of things when interviewed but these promises were never executed. Did not feel appreciated as a Nurse at all. Paid a measley low 20s hourly wage. Not even the average pay for a LVN in California. If you want the nurse title you have to pay a decent nurses salary. Medical assistants with less work with about the same experience level making 5 dollars more an hour. Did not make sense. Ok company to start off but don’t stay here for too long.
