None- the managers stick together that is called a mafia - it's there way or like the director said you don't like it get out

Was advised in a meeting let the past be the past move on, it's hard to move on when the same old supervisors and managers that were part of the old problem are still employees and has unethical and unprofessional behavior. Then we proceeded to get lectured about perception vs fact and don't gossip and if we have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all and 2 breaths later the same manager degrades all the "long time" employees saying we ruin the work environment for the new employees- well the director must agree she didn't say anything about a manager bashing the long time employees - they say there is communication however there is none!! There is no respect its there way or get out!!! Managers and supervisors do nothing but lie lie lie - most unmoral, unethical and unprofessional place to work Most not all of the new employees spend most there day on there cell phones, come in late, ask questions day after day vs writing it down and learning there job !!!!
