Cons

Very poor middle management. Makes promises it cannot keep. This company has a very weak management in place. It was a new company taking over and there was really no one capable in middle management to give it stability.

Leadership is horrible, ineffective, built on lies, and false expectations. People are fired because they speak the truth, they hide internal thefts from outside oversight groups and lenders. Frat house mentality at all levels of corporate management.
