They are very arrogant, PLS is nothing more than a boys club who push revenue... STAY AWAY!!!

Pros

They are always looking for people A great place to work if you act like a dummy and don't ask questions

Cons

Sr. Management team pushes the PLS WHY which is pure BS and are clueless on how people really feel about the company. They are predator lenders. Terrible systems Have incompetent people in high positions who like to party more than anything else when they visit our stores, a real joke Promise you high bonus money and then make your goals unattainable High turnover Useless HR department and corporate hotline is a joke Know it all attitude

Pros

The company offers many opportunities for growth in your personal career. Higher-ups recognize potential and hard work. To an extent, how far you will go with the company is up to you.

Cons

Unequal pay from district to district. Employee transfers are slower than necessary. Work/life balance is difficult. There should be emphasis on reviewing employee performance ON TIME, particularly to avoid the headache and hassle of retroactive pay increases. Training is what you seek out, rather than a formal process providing the same information to each new hire. Technology-wise, the company is being left in the dust with antiquated processes and lack of complete communication with other branches of the company. The bonus keeps getting harder to achieve, and is no longer a motivating factor in producing the numbers upper management wants to see.

Pros

Growth quickly, great people in the locations to work with.

Cons

Inner circle hard to beat, poor benefits, expectations of the operations not the same as the Executives. The "Why" that operations are expected to live, is not lived by executives.
