Supervisors can be disrespectful, abusive of powers. 20 min break. many times than more, you cannot leave you shift on time. dealing with some very rude disrespectful customers on a daily basis, Sometimes schedules are for 6 days. Coworkers can be very distrustful.

-Horrible senior management, took more pride in trying to cut you down then giving advice -Once spent a week without a working toilet, and were asked to walk across a busy street to a gas station across the way if we needed to go to the bathroom. -Unrealistic expectations as far a monthly budget -Push you to be unethical -Allow top collectors to break collections laws as long as they are collecting money...they say that they reprimand those top collectors, but only if the corporate office asks them to, otherwise they turn the other cheek.
