Pros

Bonuses Meeting great people in the stores

Cons

This job is like Modern Day Salvery ! Literally not exaggerating. The company screams People First but that’s a joke. The executive team will use and abuse you until they find a replacement they can pay at a lower rate of pay. The Seniors scream leadership but don’t actually practice it.

Pros

A check, free to cash your pls work check there. discounted rate for check cashing of non payroll, lunch first Friday of the month.

Cons

The make you charge ridiculous amounts and lie to the customers why the price is so high. No advancement opportunities unless a sm quits or is fired. They provide no security and expect for you to load atm late at night. Unsufficient security system. Shady and snobby DMs who lie to you to make quarterly revenue. Allow customers to insult employees and still required to assist. Pay is not worth it.

Pros

The co-workers, the customers, the need for our services to our customers.

Cons

Senior Management all the way from DO's to the top. You have to tuck your shirts in and wear a belt, as a matter of fact, they will give you a shopping list on where to purchase the items. The bonus structure has been changed multiple times along with the products and underwriting. Budgets are not provided until the middle of second quarter. The refusal to pay their people a standard wage of living. The hours - we worked Christmas Day, albeit the owners are Jewish, but seriously take a look at the demographics of who you are hiring. We did get a turkey for Thanksgiving, but the DM's found that they were delivering thawed out turkeys. The old adage "you work for people and not the Company" holds true. All the good managers have left - leaving the owners and their ineffective cronies haphazardly run this one prospering, family oriented business into a self loathing, greedy company.
