Pros

Have the opportunity to meet great people and learn how to take NO for an answer.

Cons

This company has had the worst management team out of anybody I have ever worked for. It is a game here, make them money and your safe- don't meet it and you are gone the next day. They play a huge favorites game here, if they like you you will make it, if not- see ya later. Each time you grab a new customer, whoever makes it ultimately gets your accounts and customers. Commission? Have fun making your 2% commission out of your 15% of margin. WHERE DID MY MONEY GO PLS....? This place was an overall joke and massive scam work for. There are 3 people that make up this entire company, everything they tell you is utter bs! If you are in a pinch for money, this place will hire you.

Pros

If you’re one of the favorites, you’ll be ok

Cons

Company is an elaborate pyramid scheme. Basically, PLS hires eager kids out of college and throws them into the ringer with limited/crap training. After a few months, you’ll be fired and accts will get passed up the chain to other favorite AE’s. Management are a bunch of old burnouts.

Pros

Work environment and co-workers - remote

Cons

New hires are trained to be dial machines (Call Center atmosphere). New hire training does not prepare individual for actual day to day task necessary to run book of business. No back office support. No growth strategy /plans provided to seasoned Account Executives. No meetings to discuss expectations or growth plans.
