      leads are your own, base salary and benefits, great environment, great team, great management

      not a con for everyone but it is entirely cold calling at first so if that's not your thing this isn't for you

      Pros

      The training program is by far the best from what I have seen at other logistics companies, you are able to start earning day one and there is NO DRAW! So many other logistics spots can shock you with a draw and PLS doesn't do that. Love to see it. Managers are constantly on the floor working with team, not sitting in a back office.

      Cons

      If you don't like to cold call this might not be the job for you! But calling and building your book of business is essential to making big money!

      Pros

      PLS will give you the tools to succeed, it is ultimately on you to put in the work. Management is helpful and readily available. Work environment is energetic and fun. Sales in general is a grind, but PLS is a great place to do so if you are a hard worker.

      Sales can be difficult for certain individuals.
