- Some people are cool, until they get fired - Learned about the danger of sales positions that still operate in this prehistoric, unethical way

Cons

- No job securiy - No care from Management - No support - Lead and marketing is terrible - Have to pay for parking - Base pay mediocre, commission also mediocre - KPI's unrealistic - Due to said unrealistic KPI's, they let people go almost every day, turnover rate is disturbingly high - Operations team unorganized and useless

Cons

Low-ish salary until you build a large book. If you don't like making hundreds of calls a day, don't take the job. You will work off outside the office if client's need you.
