Pros

There is avancement potetial if you work in oneof the "traditional" branches however this is not the case in the in-Store division.

Cons

There is NO work-life balance. Sector Managers and the Area Managers do not respect your life outside of work. In-Store Managers are required to work 50 hours per week, 6 days per week and most recently, when all other banks closed (including PNC Traditional branches) due to 20+ inches of snow, In-Store employees were required to work. I suppose they felt in-store lives were less important and thus replaceable. It is also nearly impossible to transfer from an In-Store to a Traditional Branch and employee turn over is well over 50% in the In-Store division.

Pros

There really are no good reasons to work here

Cons

Don't expect to ever get praised or recognized for any work you do. They motivate by constantly critizising you. Horrible pay for the amount of work you do. Lack of leadership. No more banking hours. Expect late nights telemarketing from your office and weekends with no backup help.

Pros

Remote work, that’s all. Nothing else.

Cons

Extremely bad leadership with high turnover of all career levels. You’re constantly tore down as to what you’re doing wrong, never any positive feedback. The leadership is demeaning, condescending, & provides no growth or guidance. Expectations are high without paying us more as PNC is realizing all the risks they’ve let slide or have not mitigated over the years, so now we play catch up, unlike other banks that have had standard risk policies in place for years.
