Pros

- Hybrid schedule, work from home option - PTO package - Decent Insurance

Cons

- Toxic Management - Work from Home resentment from higher ups - Lack of Organization, Professionalism, Communication, Training - High turnover - Upper management turns away when problems arise and pretends it’s non-existent - Managers act like they have their own table at the lunchroom and gossip about other employees - Will work you to the bone, burnout is real there - Employees deserve higher pay

Boring work and miserable life

Pros

Beautiful headquarters with a nice view of the city of Pittsburgh

Cons

Boring. its current motto. The P in PNC should mean Pretend, as it pretends that it is a big bank, but it still stuck in it's old regional bank culture, but now it doesn't cater well to any type of customer, be individual, small, medium or large business. Insular. Management thinks it knows it all. Top down all the time. Eternal rush and stop without going anywhere. Surprised it is not doing worse yet, but it will catch up with its mistakes.

Pros

The Treasurey management area i work in has a tightnit group of people that help out. Time off is good and usually no problems getting the time off i need. Benefits are pretty good. My direct manager seems to care about my personal development and that is appreciated.

Cons

Lots of changes in a short period of time with expectations for no mistakes. Consistently asks for advice but doesn't seem to take it. They fired a frlew thousand people suddenly but the CEO still made 19 million in total compensation in 2022. Pay varies greatly depending on varying factors. Some people in my position make 4-14k more per year with similar amounts of experience in this role. Too much focus on whats wrong versus what's right.
