Pros

Orange and blue shirts are ok

Cons

Where do we start? Lied to constantly from HLC upper management team .” Anyday now we’ll hold a town hall meeting to address all your concerns”…. 22 Months later, still Waiting! Top dog in HLC too busy on fancy vacations with his boat and vacation homes to worry about the LOs they hired that can’t get answers or make ends meet. The next manager down from him is a bully and speaks out of both sides of his face, yet he also is “away” from his PC multiple hours a day Hiding from confrontation and work. They use tactics like fear and love to deprive employees of certain things other banks do for their loan officers. How much longer is PNC going to look away and not address the mega problem with the HLC? Overhired 100+ LOs when rates soared and then changed comp plan on everybody for the worse shortly after . Then, if you try to leave they now won’t pay you your final commission paycheck anymore even though you were employed at the time you earned it and closed those loans. Classless, worthless and overpaid.

Pros

Co-workers, Community Outreach, some benefits such as tele doc.

Cons

PNC will work you to the bone. The expectation to handle current accounts,(which have serious issues after numerous employee departures) while going after new business is impossible to sustain. Every 4 years they start again with new senior management structures (and new ‘leaders’) who have zero experience in handling accounts. Pushing out solid managers (who dedicated years to PNC) as part of restructuring efforts leaves employees wondering am I next? Mix in insulting language from the CEO to get back in office or else after we worked tirelessly and grew this bank during 2020-2022 — and I knew it was time to go.
