Pros

They let you work alone and you get a 15 minute break every 2 hours. The global lab manager (Dustin) is easy to talk to and listens to concerns, and the lab manager (Mandy) is trying to make positive changes.

Cons

The supervisor on first shift has a temper and tends to take it out on associates. The second shift supervisor lacks communication skills. They tend to leave new hires alone with little to no training. Everyone is to busy to help train. Hr tends to gaslight you into believing any problem you have is your fault, and you caused it. Supervisors tend to blow off associates when they have any issues from production to bullying on the floor. If you have any mental health, or physical ailments they tend to try and get rid of you.
