Pros

POLARIS is overall a pretty good company to work for considering it's size. It has an overall well rounded sense of culture (at least in the Indianapolis location) and if you have an office job (Customer Experience, Data Analysis, IT, Sales etc...) the work environment is generally pretty flexible and laid back.

Cons

The lab jobs can be stressful meeting deadlines and working overtime. It may not be terribly different from any other production job, but the overall work environment is different compared to office jobs.

Pros

Management is great. CEO is nice to be around. The job isn’t that difficult and I get to work from home 2 days a week. Monthly cookouts too.

Cons

The only really big cons are that the pay is average or below average the more you work here. There also isn’t any advancement opportunities.
