Pros

High Pay Comes with High Pressure.

Cons

During my time at POP MART, I found that management support was often insufficient, which made it difficult to grow and perform effectively. The employee benefits were also quite limited and did not meet expectations. There is potential for improvement in both leadership involvement and staff welfare.

Teams and stores are pretty relaxed and fluid in the way they function, from communication and creativity to combating issues, boosting morale

Cons

The head office is very dysfunctional, with the amount of inappropriate conduct from some of the members within the head office, alongside a lack of oversight and next to no attention to detail when it comes to teams and their needs and communication pipelines. Full-time staff also receive gifts whilst having more lenient treatment from head office and managers; meanwhile, part-time staff are unfairly paid for doing the same role as full-time and even more, don't receive a gift and can have their contract terminated if they misstep (3 strike system).
