Pros

If you like what they have

Cons

If you're thinking of working here, think again. They expect you to sell your soul to them, and when they're desperate for staff, they'll even go so far as to invent a ridiculous position and expect you to go above and beyond—despite never telling you that you didn’t pass your trial shift. Most of the workers are young and immature, which creates a high school mentality in the workplace. So if you slip up or they simply don’t like you, they’ll quietly push you out by isolating you, leaving you on your own, and stripping away your responsibilities—just so they can later claim you never gave your best. There was also a clear bias in how tasks were assigned. Men were often expected to take on the more physically demanding or undesirable jobs, even when the women were fully capable of doing them. This kind of misandry was never acknowledged and only made the environment more toxic. Worse still, there were moments when management themselves made racist remarks or behaved in discriminatory ways. It was never addressed—because they were the ones doing it. I felt like I had to stay completely silent, knowing that speaking up could cost me my job. That kind of fear and pressure should never be part of any workplace.
