      Pros

      Line Manager and Oversight Directors seemed genuine; decent pay relatively

      Cons

      No time to finish training or onboarding before assigning rescue project. No support available - everyone overworked to point of exhaustion. PMs fleeing as soon as they could due to long hours, no work-life balance. Literally crying to your manager got you no where. Company extremely economically driven - results in Bus. Development running the show; under-resourcing and making promises that the cannot be met and are dumped on the PM/Team to manage. This results in poor performance and client satisfaction >>> no bonus for the PM who is inevitably responsible.

      Pros

      people and training opportunities One could learn a lot from colleagues, team spirit and supportive network were unique. Even though there were lots of opportunities for training, because of the workload, it was not possible for many to take advantage of the opportunities.

      Cons

      Underbid and understaffed projects; consequently, overworked employees, sometimes up to 2-2.5 FTE!

      Pros

      Dedication to training, provides all the tools needed for success, lots of room for career growth. Management really takes into account the things that are important to you for project placement. Good work/life balance. Excellent compensation.

      Cons

      Your work experience is entirely subjective with many variables. It depends on your line manager, the project you're placed on, your project manager, how the Sponsor treats you - there are many elements that affect whether or not you have a positive experience. Also, the health insurance is not that great.
