      Great benefits package. Salary is competitive.

      Culture is terrible. Senior Management in IT is awful. High stress with little reward.

      Pros

      Little to no pros working here except maybe the annual bonus (if you make it that long). Some genuine and friendly people scattered throughout various departments.

      Cons

      Upper leadership tries to obscure their incompetence by degrading those below them. Layoffs/firings are frequent, and unexpected. Reorgs are becoming more frequent as new leadership tries to make their mark. Very little support from the other parts of the business means projects are regularly halted. Lots of fear at the lower levels that you're next.

      Pay is ok and some people are nice

      Cons

      Title says it all. Very much a groupthink org. If you don’t say yes to everything you’ll get fired. If you believe something can be improved, fired. If you want growth, you’re told to suck it up, deal with it and hope you get growth.(you won’t)
