Thank you so much for your review of your time with us. We agree that there are a lot of fun people to work with here at PRO. And we do understand that being on your feet all day can be a lot. We try and make sure that while you’re on your break that there is time to sit down and also that there is time for stretching throughout the day. We truly appreciate your feedback and we have sent it on to the team to help continue to make this a better workplace for our cast members. Thank you again!

Pros

Great location, beautiful gym with access to employees,

Cons

Work shift hours are horrible and not really flexible, most of the time only two people at the desk and desk cannot be left alone. Have to stand all day and clean machines. too much to do and not worth the hourly wage

Thank you for your review of your time with us. We understand the workload for the front desk team in Seattle can be heavy, so we raised our minimum wage above the Seattle minimum wage to compensate for that amount of work. We do make sure there are three people at the desk for more than half of the shift to encourage breaks as well as the 30-minute lunch break. We have sent your feedback onto our Seattle team and thank you for your time you spent with us at PRO! Thank you.

Pros

It was great to build friendships and connections that will likely build your career; there's room to move around the company if there's a department you prefer joining. Free gym membership and some free fitness classes, discounts on products from each department, and overall learning to make health and fitness a way of life instead of a chore or negative punishment. There are also some great individuals who really care about you and try to help you move forward with your goals, making for greater friendship bonds, and as always Dr. Mark's famous "Life Advice" speeches at the Christmas party.

Cons

Working under an umbrella company like PRO Club, it's really difficult working in many of the departments, because you rely so heavily on any number of departments to do your job, but upper management doesn't care that you have impossible expectations, they just want it done, so think of the high stress, little to no reward from all the hard work you do; If you're a rock star, you have a growth mindset, you want to make a difference and accomplish a lot of great things, then PRO Club is NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!
